Great location, but improvements are needed.

Fantastic location, and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was cleaned every day which was appreciated. The hotel itself felt very secure as the door was subtle and blended in well with the environment. Having a fridge and kitchenette was helpful for cheaper breakfasts and not having to eat out all the time.

Communication from the hotel was really poor. Despite letting the hotel staff know in advance that we would be arriving very early in the morning, we were not sent the code to enter the external door in advance and our eSIM cards were not working properly yet. The only reason we were able to get in contact with the hotel manager was because our driver kindly rang the number and we were finally able to get some information. International travellers arriving by taxi would be stranded with no way of getting in touch. The wifi code was also not provided by default and it took 3+ tries for the manager to send us the correct code, once again meaning that international travellers would have no way of contacting the hotel manager (or anyone else for that matter). It's a bit strange that a full kitchen (including stove) is included but no pots or pans or baking trays, as a result we were not able to use it at all, despite booking the hotel partially because it claimed to have these facilities available. We would have also appreciated some bedside table lamps for reading, and we saw that some rooms were provided with fans/air conditioning units but we were not. These were needed because the windows in our room were really small and thus provided minimal light/airflow. The lock on our hotel room door also felt rather flimsy. The safe was also too small to store items such as laptops. A fundamental issue was the toilet - considering it is shared between the rooms (fine) it blocks very easily (to the point of getting unusable, thus denying toilet access to guests). Having a bin with no big bag for soiled toilet paper next to the toilet was also unhygienic.

Good modest accommodation

Very clean. Location in Polanco is fantastic. Quick response after booking in the evening; efficient and correct staff. King-size bed. Communal kitchen.

Only two small windows near the ceiling. There were not many guests, but only one shared bathroom seems not much for 5 rooms, and surely one shared toilet inside the bathroom is not much.

Nice place to stay, but it has some improvement opportunities

The location is good. Jaime was a great host. The decoration of the room looks nice. It is a good initiative, but it looks like the architects were not effective for a design for taking advantage of limited spaces.

Price is not bad, but if you consider all city and tourism taxes, it is expensive in comparison with some hotels in the area. There is not enough space for keeping the vatious cushions on a clean place. Otherwise you need to keep on the floor. I just rented the room on the picture at the top of this review, even though it is a room with the bathroom inside, the water is going out of the shower after each use. There are no towel supports. There is no base to put your luggage, and then I used the desk for my carry-on. There is not AA, and it is a lot of rumor from outside. In some way, it is good because enjoy the natural weather, but at night it is hard because of the sound.

Una estancia excelente de principio a fin

Me encantó la ubicación, la comodidad de la habitación y el colchón, que es súper cómodo; descansamos muy bien. El agua de la regadera sale muy caliente, lo cual se agradece mucho. El personal fue muy accesible, todo estaba muy limpio y la habitación es idéntica a las fotos de la reservación. Sin duda, es un lugar ideal para parejas

No es lo descrito en Booking

Destacó la ubicación. Barrio muy lindo y tranquilo, seguro, accesibilidad a restaurantes y bares y también negocios de todo tipo.

La descripción en booking no se condice con la realidad. Tiene un dormitorio de dimensiones reducidas por lo que si vas con equipaje que supere una carry on, no hay.lugar donde colocarlo. El espacio que queda entre la cama y la pared no te permite mover con comodidad. El baño es peligroso dado que la separación entre ducha e inodoro es una división hecha con una pequeña altura como para que el agua no salga del cubículo, pero esta muy pegado al inodoro con lo cual es muy fácil tropezar y caer. El lavado esta dentro de la ducha. Lo que describe como.desayunador también es pequeño lo cual implica que si hay más de dos personas no pueden sentarse al mismo tiempo. Es una simple barra con dos banquetas. Ni que decir que llegamos a las 23.30h aproximadamente y no había nadie para recibirnos, aun cuando le escribí a la persona que me confirmó la reserva, detallando que llegaríamos después del horario que figuraba como límite de entrada y nunca ne contestó. Tambien denuncie a Booking esta situación que me preocupaba, sin recibir respuesta. Tuve que pedir un teléfono prestado al taxista a las 0 h preguntando como entrar al dormitorio porque en la dirección del lugar no hay cartel ni indicador qué sugiera qué es allí donde se encuentra Morada Luna Polanco. Aunque llovió todos los días tuvimos suerte de que no hiciera frío porque la ventana tenía el pestillo rotó y no cerraba.

Muy buena ubicación, tienes a la mano restaurantes, un Oxxo junto, lugares de interés cerca, está muy limpio y muy bien decorado, la cama muy cómoda, el baño muy lindo y limpio, tiene cocina con todas las amenidades, te atienden y reciben muy bien.

Nos tocó una habitación del lado de la calle, tiene unas pequeñas ventanas donde se pasa toda la luz de afuera, estaría bien que además de las cortinas delgadas pudieran unas black out para poder oscurecer la habitación y dormir mejor.

Lugar cómodo en Polanco

La ubicación está muy conveniente para nosotros porque queríamos en la zona de Polanco.

La entrada es directamente de la calle, pero hay que subir las escaleras para llegar al cuarto y nos resultó pesado subir las maletas (tenemos 73 años), necesitariamos indicación de que no hay elevador. Por lo demás está bien.

La ubicación no puede ser mejor. La habitación limpia y bonita. La responsable fue amable.

No me gustó que el baño no estaba separado de la cama, es decir, estaba todo junto y por tanto había poca privacidad. Por otro lado, pedimos que nos guardaran el equipaje, porque ese día por la noche volvíamos a nuestro país, y al recogerlo pedimos utilizar el baño compartido y nos dijeron que no podíamos usar el baño ni para cambiarnos.
