Not the Property It Says It iS

Location was good, but wasn't worth it.

There was no 24-hour front desk. It is security for the rest of the building, but not attached to this property. We were told we would receive a verification code when we came in. Nothing. It took us an extra 30 minutes to check in, and it could have been very possible that we were just stuck outside with the way things were set up because we arrived late. The bed was really small, the bathroom was worse. The walls in the bathroom were really dirty. I didn't sleep at all during our stay there. The first message I received from the person who owned the place before we even checked in was that we needed to let them know when we were supposed to check out. They lied about the check out time to us, and when we came back to check out, they removed all of our things from the room and threw it in the lobby unpacked. Not only unsettling that "security" that wasn't attached to the apartment knew the code to come in the room (by the way, it's never changed), but that they just left everything in an unsecure lobby for someone to take. When we called to ask, whoever owns the place started cursing and yelling at us. It was one of the rudest experiences we've ever had. Stay far, far, away from this place.

Great location, good value for your money

Great location in the heart of Polanco, walking distance to open malls such as Antara or Masaryk (shopping street). The apartment is nice and comfortable. The building staff was incredibly nice and kind to us.

They are not honest I booked the room as ad picture when you checked in, owner said the room not available changed a poor basement room and didn't refund money

I liked the place until the hotel tried to charge me things that were "stolen". When I questioned the charge, they admitted that nothing was stolen. It helped that I had a video of exit and when I arrived.

Great location, nice apartment, they need rules about loud people and dogs.

Location is great, small street close to everything walking distance, nice remodeled building, just details like doors portrait is smaller, then light get through it and noise.

There are not rules for noise, there were people with dogs, kids, yelling after 11:00 p.m. We were at the entrance behind the front desk, oh my God we can listen the guard mobile videos for a while, the apartment is cold but has a heater.

A localizacao é otima, quarto amplo.

Haviam insetos na cama, como percevejos, porém eu jao sabia do que se tratava pois nunca tinha visto antes. Apenas removi os que eu tinha visto. Após dias de marcas avermelhadas no corpo pensando que era alergia, fui ao medico ao retornar para meus pais, onde o mesmo me explicou do que se tratava. Espero nao ter trazido esses insetos comigo na mala.

La armonía de todo, linda habitación, excelente ubicación y un servicio excepcional agregando a esto la facilidad de lavar tu ropa por el área de lavanderia sin costo alguno

Mi estancia fue corto solo de 2 noches pero no fueron a realizar limpieza, no era mucha basura pero como pedi alimento quedaron los desechables y eso si facilitan bolsa negra, no supe si se tenía que solicitar dicho servicio.
