The property was finished to a very high spec, and was very spacious for a one room accommodation. It is a gated property, so our hire car was perfectly safe! The hosts were so friendly and helpful (even though we blew the electrics within 15 minutes of being there- entirely our fault!) It was a five minute drive to the nearest train station, free and ample parking and only 25 minutes into the centre of Bologna, perfect for us.
There is nothing we didn't like - the only thing that might put someone off is that the bathroom is separate - you open the studio door onto a small gym area (which also leads to the garage, how you access the property) and the bathroom (huge and once again, very high spec) is right next door, so in theory you could see someone else when you're moving between the two. We stayed for 5 nights and never did.....

The Apartment is fabulously furnished and offers a lot of space for 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with everything you can ask for. Lastly the bathroom is spacious, clean and also exquisitely designed. Francesca and Roberto are excellent hosts! They welcomed us warmly and gave us lots of tips on what to see and to do. I highly recommend a stay!
