Appartamento con giardino

Es war alles da, was man braucht. Wir durften mit dem Auto auf dem Grundstück parken . Die aKüche ist mit im Zimmer und eigentlich gefühlt für 8 Personen geeignet.

Es hat uns alles gefallen. Es fährt ab und zu ein Zug direkt am Grundstück vorbei und die Hunde der Vermieterin bellen ab und zu , dass hat uns persönlich aber gar nicht gestört

La posizione è semplicemente ideale per scoprire l'affascinante zona occidentale del Bolognese. Immersa in un contesto tranquillo e piacevole, permette di raggiungere in brevissimo tempo borghi storici, colline panoramiche, rinomate trattorie tipiche e i principali collegamenti viari. È la base di partenza perfetta sia per chi cerca la natura e la cultura, sia per chi desidera esplorare le eccellenze enogastronomiche locali. L'arredamento è stato scelto con un gusto squisito: ogni dettaglio trasmette calore e un gradito senso di accoglienza. Non si tratta della classica casa vacanze essenziale: qui si percepisce l'attenzione autentica per l'ospite. La struttura è assolutamente completa di ogni comfort e dotazione. Consigliatissima sia per soggiorni brevi che per permanenze più lunghe.

Nice apartment with modern design. The kitchen is the most well equipped from all the holiday apartments that I have stayed in, high quality cutlery and everything else for cooking. Private parking behind the gate. Very pleasant owners, who gave us some interesting tips about Bologna and surrounding area. Perfectly clean everywhere. The apartment does not heat up that much on a hot day, because it is a souterrain, air conditioner was also functioning well, if someone needs it even cooler. Basic stuff for breakfast was provided, including home made yogurt, which was very delicious.

It is a souterrain with entrance through the garage door, does not bothered us, you should mind that there are no panorama view from the windows. Sometimes trains are rushing by and they can be heard.
