Good for couples
The apartment is close to the RER station Les Gresillons which makes it easy to get to the city center by public transport. There are also a supermarket and a bakery right on the opposite side of the apartment building. And pretty quit as located in a residential area away from high traffic. The host responded very quick and instructed very clearly how to check in and what to consider.
Black towels, a little bit to small bed, poor lightning and pretty annoying for makeup (owner stated that previous guest have stolen the light bulbs and after we checked I out he sad he replaced them..hmmm).

Try to find a better accommodation for a family in Paris than this one!
The host is very kind and responsive, replies to messages almost instantly. Very precise and straightforward information is provided on how to collect the keys and enter the apartment. The apartment is beautiful, clean, well represented by photos in the listing. Additionally, there is a grocery shop and a bakery just across the street from the apartment. Car parking is perfect, you have your own designated place in the indoor garage. If you are moving with the metro, RER line C is 7 minutes away form the apartment, taking you to the most of historical sites in Paris. The neighbourhood is quiet and green, lovely environment if you are traveling with children. Overall impression - we will stay here again next time we visit Paris.

Un sejur reușit cu familia
Locatia, liniște, intr -un cartier modern cu magazine, restaurante. Pat confortabil, bucătăria utilata cu tot ce este necesar. Garaj subteran dacă ești cu masina.La 5 minute de mers pe jos de gara . Cu taxiul am făcut 30 minute de la aeroport CDG.
O atenție mai mare la curățenia veselei. Lipsa instrucțiunilor ptr. sortarea și aruncarea gunoiului menajer(am stat o saptamana), pentru utilizarea TV-ului. Distanta puțin cam mare de obiective turistice. Noi am prins restrictii la RER C și a fost mai dificil de circulație, dar a meritat locatia sigura și confortabila. Lipsa becuri deasupra mesei.

Asnières-sur-Seine, ville propre: Appel aux hôtes sur les horaires d'arrivée/départ
L'emplacement. Proximité des transports, parcs et aires de promenade. Propriété de l'appartement et du quartier en général. Accueil parfait. Proximité de petites commodités : alimentation, boulangerie, pharmacie....
L'hôte comme certains en général ne veulent pas perdrent un centime et refusent d'accorder du temps pour libérer l'appartement. L'hôte a sonné à 10h piles sans une minute de plus. Dans la précipitation, même un petit nettoyage n'a pu être fait et nous avons oublié des aliments dans le congélateur. Les hôtes doivent prendre au moins une journée avant de relouer leurs appartements, le temps pour un locataire de libérer tranquillement et remettre l'appartement à niveau même au prix de quelques euros à comptabiliser dans le coût de la location. Le plus souvent, les locataires vont traîner dans les aéroports et gares avant leur départ.

Le logement semble parfait : spacieux pour deux, emplacement central, arrivée facile et parking gratuit, tout est réuni pour un séjour agréable.
Tout semble parfait, mais je trouve que le check-out à 10h est un peu tôt.
