amazing stay!

we liked everything! the apartment is very nice and bright, lot of space to put your staff, the kitchen is very well equipped and the area around is good (lots of restaurants and bars and 10 minutes walking to the metro)

nothing really, maybe the only thing is that the pillows of the bed were a bit too soft for us. also note that the apartment is on the third floor and there is not elevatori, so for some people this could be a problem!

A convenient and comfortable stay with basic facilities and a great location.

The property was decent. The room had basic facilities like a TV and cooking equipment, which was useful. The location was convenient, near the bus and train stations and shops. Overall, it was okay for a short stay.

The only drawback was having to climb three floors, which I wish had been mentioned beforehand. I understand that many Airbnbs in Paris are like this, so it’s just something to be aware of

Great stay, recommend!

Our stay exceeded expectations! The apartment was very cozy, with excellent renovation, new furniture, and modern appliances — everything we needed was provided. The location is very convenient: close to the metro, with a great bakery nearby and plenty of cafes and shops. The neighbors were quiet, and the building was peaceful. Communication with the host was excellent — any questions were answered instantly. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again!

Nice appartement in Clichy.

As described, newly furnished, conveniently located, grocery shopping nearby, helpful management.

- I arrived there during a heat wave that had already started for several days. There was no Air conditioning, which is expected in most Parisian apartments, whilst hotels would usually have it. However, there was neither any kind of ventilator , or other refreshing device ( and the local stores were out of stock at that time). There was also no store or curtain in the kitchen, which was making it even hotter during the day. This lasted for about a full week - 30+ degrees Celsius in the appartement when back in the evening, and cooling down after 3 am thanks to the open windows. - apartment is on the third floor without elevator, making it hard to carry suitcases. The manager did kindly offer to help bringing my suitcase up when I shared my concern. - I never managed to make the TV work (the management did propose to come and help after a few days of me not succeeding despite their suggested instructions) - in the bed room, with the size of the room & the set up, there is very little room for the passage way to the closet & one side of the bed - about 30 centimeters- you have to walk side way. This is quite awkward as you have to access this closet for many things (clothes, vacuum, etc) and most importantly to get in and out of bed if 2 persons are using the double bed.

Kontakt z właścicielem był łatwy, szybki i skuteczny. Prawie odrazu odpisywał gdy coś było nie zrozumiałe. Pokoje czyste, były wszystkie udogodnienia, czułam się jak w hotelu. Mega polecam tego właściciela!
