L’emplacement est très calme, l’appartement spacieux et propre. Les parties communes sont très bien entretenues.
Le jardin n’est pas du tout entretenu (rien à voir avec les photos), le logement a besoin d’être rafraîchi (peintures écaillées, plan de travail avec moisissures, tringle du rideau de douche presque arrachée). Une éponge neuve ou propre si lavable aurait été appréciable.

The appartement was very cozy and the little garden was just perfect. It needs a little bit work but is very nice. Nice plants in the appartement we gave them some water :). There was everything you need. Everything works good.
Nothing! Here are just some suggestions: the working of cooking plate was too difficult for us. Maybe some instructions how to start it? The lights in the garden flatter. For the rest it is a really nice place.

De sfeervolle inrichting i.c.m. de faciliteiten. Het appartement is compleet met alle voorzieningen die je kan wensen. Handdoeken en keuken textiel is aanwezig. Je hebt een groene stadstuin waar je buiten kunt zitten. De buren zijn zeer rustig waardoor je fijn kunt afschakelen in de drukke stad. Je kunt om de hoek goed langer parkeren in een Zenpark garage. Het bed (matras) op de vide is geweldig voor kinderen!
Het bed is wat smal en kort voor twee (en/of lange) personen. De tuin heeft wat onderhoud nodig, al kan je er prima buiten zitten. De verlichting beneden is vrij fel en niet dimbaar. Dit valt echter alleen in de avond tegen.
