Le Duplex des Docks by So Homy - 2 Bed Room - 4 PAX

Very nice apartment. Check in process is easy and communication with owners is easy and fast. We were able to check in at noon, even though original early check in was booked for 14h. Good connection with the city center via busses, which are less crowded than underground railway (which is also viable option if you prefer to travel with underground). We booked it for an event in Stade de France and it is close enough to walk to/from, you want to avoid public transport rush during such events.

Easy walkable distance to Marie de Saint-Ouen Metro stop. < 10 minutes. The apartment was very clean and the beds very comfortable.

Not a big issue at all but maybe a sampler of laundry detergent available. We did 2 loads of wash. We bought laundry detergent at the market near the apartment and left it behind, which was fine. We bought extra rolls of toilet paper which we left some behind, again not a big issue. We also bought 6 rolls of paper towels for the kitchen and the downstairs 1/2 bath for drying hands. Again not a big issue and we used almost all of it

Apartman je u jako lepom kvartu. U neposrednoj blizini ima sve potrebne sadržaje: prodavnica, picerija, pekara i caffe. Udaljen je oko 600 m lagane šetnje od metroa i 5-6 stanica do centra. Apartman je čist, vrlo ugoban i prijatan za boravak. Opremljen je svim potrebnim sadržajima.

Zvučna izolacija unutar stana je prilično slaba. Kupatilo je veliko ali nema kukice za kačenje peškira i odeće, pa predlažemo vlasniku da ih ubaci. Ovo su sitne zamerke koje nisu uticale na boravak niti na ocenu apartmana.
