Comfortable, well appointed flat. Quick responses to all communications. Located close to bus routes to Bristol and Bath. My 20 month old grandson also enjoyed his stay!
Not a lot. Forewarned about work going on outside property which meant muddy feet. Couldn't be helped. Be good to be able to regulate heating.

The property was easy to find, with good car parking space. It was well maintained with a good layout and facilities.
Communication from the owners was very good at all times, with very clear instructions on how to access the property.
They were also keen to offer any assistance, should it be required. Assistance wasn’t required, but it was reassuring to know it was there.
Nothing. The property met all our needs and expectations and more.

It had everything even tooth brushes and tooth paste in case you forgot yours!
The outside space is still being finished but it is only cosmetic.
