Jaune Chalet

We had a wonderful one-week stay at Jaune Chalet and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The place is super clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Traveling with kids can be challenging, but this chalet made it so easy—they had all the necessary utensils and amenities ready for us. The space itself is very tidy, spacious, and comfortable, with three well-appointed rooms and even a laundry machine, which was incredibly convenient. You can really tell that every detail has been considered to make guests feel at home. A special mention goes to the owner, Aki, who was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. He even went out of his way to drive us to the supermarket and back, which we truly appreciated. Before we left, we were also pleasantly surprised with small gifts—such a thoughtful touch! Overall, this was a fantastic stay, especially for families with kids. We would absolutely come back again and highly recommend Jaune Chalet to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Aki was an excellent host, made arrival very easy .

Aki our host is amazing! He went out of his way to make sure our stay was exceptional. He made us reservations for us for dinner and drove us several times around town to experience some of the other mountains for skiing. The location is absolutely unbeatable and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

There was limited closets, and places to store clothes and items once unpacked. I had to keep most of my things in my bags on the floor.

The property was very nice. High end finishes and very clean. Location couldn’t be beat - just steps from the gondola. And Akihiro was a terrific host - he had terrific restaurant recommendations and provided shuttle service to the different resorts and restaurants.
