Amazing accommodation, clean, heated floors, well equipped kitchen. Has a ensuite in the master bed, and then seperate bathroom and toilet. Large drying room with washer and dryer. Tea coffee, detergent, washing powder included. They also provided a van which was invaluable for getting around Hakuba. (Apparently they will stop this due to COVID but I hope they don't because it really sets them apart from the others!). The accom is only 6 mins from Happo bus terminal but it is uphill on return. Staff were friendly and responsive on whatsapp and email. Very helpful. Provided shuttle pick-up and drop off too on arrival/departure. 100% would recommend this accommodation.
The single beds were not that comfortable.

Very Spacious and very well equipped kitchen and there is Apple TV in the living room as well as bed room
The hot water system played up a couple of times
