とても綺麗でした。夏の暑い時でしたが、寝室にクーラーなくても鈴しかったです。
ペット料金（12000円）先に教えていただけると嬉しいです。

リビングやキッチンが大きく、とても寛げました。
特にないですが、うちの家族構成だと2段ベッドではなく、普通のベッドルームがもう1部屋あった方が良かったです。

タオルは毎日新しいものに交換されました。BBQの道具は、到着前に準備されていました。鍋とコンロを使いたいと頼んだら、すぐに届けられました。鍵の暗証番号を入れ間違ったようで、鍵がロックされてしまい、対応を頼んだら、すぐに対処してもらえました。部屋は広く、8人で利用しましたが、ベッド数も十分でした。特段、何も不自由はなく、快適に過ごすことができました。
仕事を持っていったので、リビング以外のどこかの部屋に机と椅子があれば、仕事もでき、申し分なかった。それと、Wifiの電波がやや弱かった。

Very large house that is comfortable for people used to western style accommodations. Everything was clean and new, including kitchen appliances. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were nice. So pleasant to watch the snow fall outside from the big windows. The staff is very responsive over whats app.
We had a lot of problems with the heating being broken in the house, which made our stay during the winter uncomfortable. The staff was very responsive and tried to help us the best they could. However, the extra heaters they brought tripped the circuit breaker, which was behind a locked panel and required more staff to try and fix it. So we were without hot water or heat overnight and for half a day.
