良くないことではないですが、 ※玄関にある衣類の乾燥のヒーターの使い方がわからなかった。 ※クーラーがあれば良かった。

Getting into the property was a PROBLEM. We had asked for instructions but got NON a few days before our stay- we had to make contact on the day and were told that the house would be open when we got there - IT WAS NOT - we had to wait outside for 20mins with 2 small children and it was -3 degrees. NOT A GOOD START
