Great location. Property Manager replied promptly to issues / requests.
No dishwasher. The apartment was not well cleaned. Couches filthy with dirt and food between couch cushions. Bed was very soft. Not value for money.

The location across from the Gondola was brilliant. The rooms were clean and beds and linen comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The gas fire was warm, the floors were heated and the bathrooms offered body wash, shampoo and conditioner.
A few minor issues to be mindful of, Apt 2 is ground floor with an apartment directly
above and the noise did transfer a bit, the heavy footsteps some guests above would take. The management dealt with our concerns swiftly and all worked out. Just a suggestion for the kitchen, helpful items could be a glass measuring jug for the microwave, a few mixing bowls, more tea towels, and a stick vacuum and a mop and bucket. Appreciated the pepper (we bought the salt) and the olive oil. Even a small welcome pack of groceries could be a good touch, eggs, milk, bread, butter.
