Building needs a lift lifting suitcases up 3 floors is difficult.

The people! Gloria is the best! She is very warm person. She allowed us to stay till before the check in time and after the check out time. She is super nice. The bed is so good very comfortable 🤌🏽
We did not like the location that much…. But to be honest we didn’t have any bad experience in the neighbourhood, and is just 5 m away from the tram station.

La camera è in un appartamento dove vive anche la proprietaria, il che andrebbe comunicato perché non c’è praticamente nessuna insonorizzazione e nessuna privacy! Inoltre è al terzo piano senza ascensore in una via non particolarmente sicura. Purtroppo arrivati al terzo piano c’è un odore nauseante di escrementi di animali, che è stato il peggiore disagio dell’intero soggiorno. Potrebbe non dipendere dalla struttura ma è l’unico appartamento che si trova al terzo piano quindi suggerisco caldamente di risolvere il problema.
La camera è piccola ma pulita, il bagno funzionale e il letto comodo. Il servizio clienti è molto responsivo e puntuale, cosa che ho apprezzato molto perché abbiamo avuto diversi disagi (tassa di soggiorno addebitata 2 volte, telecomando dell’AC non presente in camera, locker per ritirare le chiavi al check-in privo delle chiavi all’interno, check-in automatico dopo il quale non abbiamo ricevuto le istruzioni per l’ingresso quindi è stato necessario contattarli).
