EasyTopStay - Piazza Venezia City View Charming Apt

The location was the amazing. The actual apartment was very large. It felt like a true home. I was trying to avoid a typical small European home and I succeeded! The 20 foot ceilings made a difference. Oh and the AC in the rooms was superb. There wasn’t an AC unit in the living area but the bedroom units cooled down the house. There is a very large king bed, a queen bed and a large single bed (maybe a full size). The living room also has a pull out bed. We moved it to the smaller room so all the kids could sleep there. Our group consisted of 4 adults and 3 kids (ages 8, 6, and 2). There is a washer but no dryer, however I found somewhere that washed and delivered my clothes back. I loved that there were shops downstairs and gelato and coffee shops right outside our door! We started every journey with a gelato. Honestly I can’t say enough good things. Everything was great and the host was so helpful over WhatsApp. Look no where else. Oh and walking to Trevi fountain whenever we wanted was also a huge plus. About an 8 minute walk! Ciao! There was street noise from the pub down the street, but I brought sound machines and the AC helped keep the sounds at bay. It didn’t affect us. Oh and there’s only truly one shower. The other bathroom has a bath with a shower head but no curtain so it’s hard to call it a shower, but both bathrooms are large.

Amazing location, easy to get around the city with many must see locations in walkable distance. Good restaurants nearby as well as handy supermarket for supplies. Taxi rank just around the corner. Very spacious and well appointed 3 bed apartment. Would definitely stay here again when next in Rome, highly recommend.

Very steep set of stairs when you first enter the apartment but wouldn’t prevent a future stay for me.

It’s a beautiful apartment and a lovely area. The door code access system is a little bit tricky, especially when you’re a tired traveler, but we figured it out and after that it was easy I think there should be a note on there about the set of stairs leading up to the apartment because some people may not be able to do that with large luggage. We really enjoyed the apartment.

It’s a really great apartment and we were just there for a short time, but if we were there for longer, I think that we would have wanted cozier sofas. I guess we’re used to big cushions in America. I like that there was coffee and tea available. It would’ve been nice just to have a little cookie or sweets as well.

Good location

Heating was on - no way to turn it down. Host said to open window. It was too hot! Toilet cisterns take a very long time to refill. Hours for 2 of the bathrooms.
