The location was incredible! Steps from the pantheon. Also, plenty of room for our family to spread out. Each child got their own bed/room. We made use of the washing machine as well. There is a small lift for luggage.
There are no air conditioning units upstairs, and we were there during a heatwave, so the upstairs rooms got warm (but had fans). Also note there is a washer but no dryer.

Great location
Uneven/broken tiles on floor. Nail heads sticking out of floor in one bedroom. Needs a bit of decorating, some bits a bit shabby/tired.
