Η τοποθεσια ήταν ιδανική και μπορούσες να φτάσεις σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα μέσα σε 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Οι παροχές εξερετικες και υπήρχαν πρίζες παντού. Ήταν καινούριο καθ καλοφτιαγμενο. Υπήρχε τρομερός κλιματισμός ότι πρέπει για καλοκαίρι.
Η είσοδος ήτανε κάπως αεριοποίητη και το βράδυ λίγο τρομακτική. Υπήρχε λίγη παραπάνω φασαρία και για αυτό υπήρχαν και ωτοασπίδες
