Size and location were amazing for our family - it met all of our needs.
The apartment could have been cleaned a little better, especially the kitchen, and restocked as needed. It seemed overlooked.

Location, space for a family of 6 comfortably. Lorenzo met us promptly and provided all of the info we needed.
Drain in Master shower overflowed with full water pressure. VERY thin garbage bags that broke transporting garbage 6 blocks to drop off location.

Incredible location, very spacious. Wonderful high ceilings.
Shutters didn’t close completely so street sound could carry very easily. Lack of soft furnishings so no deadening of sound. Kitchen poorly equipped. No hot water in 1 bathroom, despite running the water for a long time. Would have been nice to relax in sitting area, but bedding for a sofa bed I assume left neatly folded on the sofa and no where to store without it being on the floor.
