This stunning penthouse is located on the fourth floor with elevator of an elegant building in the center of Rome. Thanks to its exceptional location, it enjoys a breathtaking view of the Sacred Area of Largo Argentina, the excavation dating back to the Republican age of ancient Rome. From the terrace you can enjoy this unique panorama during dinner or an aperitif at home. The apartment comprises a large living room with a sofa bed for two, three comfortable double bedrooms (two double bedrooms and one with two single beds), two bathrooms and a modern and equipped kitchen with dining corner. The apartment has just been renovated with great attention to details and is equipped with all comforts (AC, dishwasher, washing machine, Smart TV etc.). Convenient stores, bar, restaurants and other amenities are just down the road as well as bus stops and transportation links

The bathroom would stink due to sewer gases, but not sure that is their fault. Everything else was perfect and the checkin process was very smooth.

The property is very conveniently located, with a lot of the main attractions within an easy walk and a wide choice of places to eat, to suit all budgets. We were met on arrival and shown how to access the property and use the lift. It was spotlessly clean and as described. I have no hesitation in recommending a stay here.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The only issue was the poorly equipped kitchen. Only one powerpoint at worktop level. Which had to serve, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven and coffee machine.

The location is perfect.There are no privacy in the 4th room.(no door) It only suitable for 6 persons but not 8!
