About this apartment rental
From the entrance of the building and looking on the ceilings with antique frescoes you understand that we are on the heart of Baroque Rome.
Going up to the fourth floor with the elevator you enter in the spacious and relaxing apartment.
Big entrance will bring you to the two master bedrooms:
Each bedroom has the view from the window on the Roman roof tops, the walls are decorated with the calm colors wallpapers with simple but welcoming elements.
From the corridor we proceed to the kitchen: spacious and luminous, it has big window looking into the courtyard. Equipped with all the necessary for to cook & serve, dishwashing machine, washing machine, big fridge & freezer, island for the breakfast.
Exiting from the kitchen walking at the corridor, on the right side there is a first bathroom and on the left side the living room.
Big Living room with dining table, velvet sofa bed ( it might be open for the night) and two windows with the view over the Roman roof tops ( if you look ut from the window on the right, you can admire the Dome of Basilica di Sant'Andrea della Valle).
Walking out from the living room, on the left there is the third bedroom and second bathroom with the shower.
The apartment is large and perfect for the big families or group of the friends.
It has:
- the lift up to 4 floor
- Air Conditioning in each bedroom and living room
- private system of the heating
- free wifi
How to reach the house from Fiumicino Airport:
Take the Train Leonardo Express and get off on station Roma Termini.
From Termini station take the bus n.70 ( direction Clodio), get off on the 9th stop Rinascimento and walk to the house about 5 min.

Take the Shuttle to Termini station.
From Termini station take the bus n.70 ( direction Clodio), get off on the 9th stop Rinascimento and walk to the house about 5 min.

Great location, property, and host. We had a great experience during our stay in Rome and certainly was nice to have reliable air conditioning too! Look forward to the next time I come back and 100% recommend anyone to stay here.

The apartment was nice, well-furnished, and spacious for our family (a couple plus four grown daughters). The beds were comfortable, and the washer came in handy. The location is great: a 5-10 minute walk to Piazza Navona and the Pantheon as well as numerous restaurants and bars nearby. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

While visiting a friend's son who was studying in Italy, we rented this beautiful apartment in Piazza Navona. The three of us had plenty of space in this fully accommodated spot. There's one bedroom suite and bathroom which is very private and two additional bedrooms that are also very spacious. The kitchen was fit with a Nespresso and a Bialetti Moka Pot, ground coffee and a good handful of coffee pods to keep us until we got tpo the grocery. Every night, there was a healthy 'red velvet line' line to a pizza spot that's apparently one of the best in the area. We'd been traveling for a little over a week when we arrived and were grateful for a washing machine. We used the drying rack, which worked well to dry our things. Ekaterina and the staff were fantastic. There was a marathon in the city on our last day and taxis and Ubers couldn't get into the square. I reached out and Ekaterina and the girls gave me several solid ideas to get us to the airport. I can't recommend this spacious, well accommodated apartment. Thank you again and again, Ekaterina And Staff!

This apartment is in the heart of Rome, the perfect location to walk to all the sites or stroll the quaint streets of the city center. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had what we needed (including coffee!). The hosts were very responsive and amenable. Thank you!
