CasaGrande is a large and spacious apartment of 180 square meters, on two levels, on the main floor of an ancient Baroque palace in the heart of Rome. CasaGrande has large living rooms and lounges, in rooms with wooden coffered ceilings more than six meters high.
Original paintings and lithographs by renowned contemporary artists decorate the walls, as do large wall tapestries, souvenirs of the owners' travels to the Middle East.
There are four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
The bathrooms are simple and basic, but complete with everything. A shower stall is 70x70 cm. It is possible to accommodate normally up to 8 people, 10 with extrabed.
CasaGrande is the right place to stay in Rome for short or long periods, ideal for business stays, even for groups of people. CasaGrande is aimed at those who want to visit Rome without losing time in long journeys. You will be exactly in its center.
CasaGrande is equipped with central heating. There is no air conditioning, but the particular building structure of the palace, typical of the '600 and based on thick walls around the perimeter and inside (some even more than a meter wide) ensures a comfortable temperature in all seasons and keeps the house cool in summer and warm in winter without the use of air conditioning systems. Large ceiling fans cool the air in common areas, smaller ones in bedrooms.
