Location was good, we parked at the Q park and it was only a 6 minute walk away. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything you could need. We did struggle to get in and it took several attempts to get the code for the outer door. The instructions to the apartment block advised us to look for a Virtual Reality place, but I think it may have shut as we couldn't find it, but it was next to the canal club.

Clean spacious and comfortable, and very quiet, didn't hear anything on the 11th floor
A couple of the windows could do with some maintenance as a bit drafty but very minor

Perfect location, right next to the train station. Excellent size apartment, lots of room and storage. Everything was well presented, felt very comfortable and homely with lots of personal touches and lovely decor. Host left some extra food bits and toiletries which was a lovely touch and a great help! We travel a lot and book apartments at least once a month, this is definitely the best place we’ve stayed in Leeds! Thank you, we hope to book again soon!
