Freezing

Seaview

The flat was freezing.Small electric heaters which were unplugged.We then had to read the instructions to get them working 9 at night.We slept in our fleece jackets with every duvet/blanket in the flat on top.Felt damp.10 degrees inside the flat.A thoughtful owner would have at least have the heaters ready to use.Sand in the bed so obviously not changed from the previous stay.Crumbs etc on the kitchen floor.Ive contacted the owners about this but they haven't replied.Rude.We only stayed the first night of a planned 3.We then booked into the Park Hotel up the road.This flat is totally unsuitable in the winter.

Great location, would stay again by cleanliness could improve

Amazing location, great view, really nice big windows to admire the view of the beach from. Good size for two, there is another bedroom but we didn't use that. So central to everything it was a great spot to stay.

Cleanliness not great - bathroom had a bit of a grubby bath and there was some hair in the plug, on the bath and also what looked like blood(?) spattered above the sink underneath the mirror. Generally bit cobwebby in the corners too and balcony glass a little grimy. Skimpy on toilet roll. Only 1 roll. Ran out at on the last day but did feel a little rationed! Not overly hot weather but very warm I think due to being a top floor flat.

3 mins from north beach , clean , nice to have balcony in warm weather. 5 min walk to shops and restaurants, beautiful views

Honestly it was great , to be picky , a deeper clean needed between guests. Only when we were leaving and I was double checking that we hadn’t forgotten anything ( checking under beds and behind sofas , that I spotted lots of dust ) That really is the only complaint. Didn’t bother us but it’s a 3rd floor apartment so maybe 50 steps , so not for those who have mobility issues

Superb location, very pleasant stay in a very pleasant flat.

Location was excellent. Sea view from bedroom and very comfortable lounge

Just very personal, however for the price as a guest I would of expected some milk in the fridge, and possibly some biscuits. One toilet roll was insufficient. no coffee sachets provided.

Close to North Beach, free parking and helpful host

Free Parking, Located close to the North beach, easy to find, comfortable bed, blackout blind in kids bedroom, had some salt and pepper etc available, host really helpful, extra freezer space if you needed it, games and dvds available.

I really appreciate how tidy the flat was! A deep clean on the floors and a fresh-scented cupboard cleaner could make it feel even more inviting. It was a bit warm inside, so perhaps a fan or blackout blinds could help with keeping it cool in the summer season.

Good, basic flat with great views

Stunning views, overlooking Tenby North beach. Tenby town centre was a short walk away. The sofa and double bed were comfortable. The car park near the block was small, but there were spaces in the main car park available.

The cleaning was poor, especially the bathroom and kitchen fridge. The building doesn't have a lift and the flat is on the 3rd floor.

three flights of stairs. kitchen needed a better drainer for kitchen plates etc. cooker not ceramic hob but that is being picky.

Great location and views, average accommodation.

The location was excellent with a great view of the sunrise. Parking in the centre of Tenby was also a key bonus. The apartment was spacious enough for 2.

The apartment could do with a refurb, decor etc was looking a bit worn. The hot water was via an immersion heater, so you have to plan when you're going to need it! Cleanliness was reasonable but the sunlight showed the dust and cobweb. There was an overall musty smell, especially in the kitchen cupboards. I'm guessing that we were the first guests this season.
