Disappointment from the unkept and unclean apartment I stayed in. Would not recommend.

It’s overall location for Tenby centre.

The property had a number of things that didn’t work, such as the hob extractor which also had no bulbs in it either. Rear door blind in main bed bedroom was faulty to pull back down which also had some damage, floors in various areas were spongy, coming apart and squeaky, especially in the bathroom. It would appear that the property has suffered some sort of minor flooding in the last, hence the bad water damaged to the bottom of the two side tables in the main bedroom, one of which was also in poor condition on the top. Most of the internal doors didn’t shut properly, without having to use a bit more force and also make noise so was an inconvenience to me and my child during the night. Two out of the three remote controls in the lounge did not work, due to either missing batteries or worn out batteries. Cleanliness was mediocre and appeared to have superficially cleaned throughout. The bathroom was grubby and had an old worn out toilet seat that was not what I expected to see when paying good money to stay at the property. The bathroom floor was particularly squeaky and spongy underfoot, with a loose fitted shower rail and the feeling of being unkept to a decent condition and standard for being rented for as a holiday let. The approach to the property via the stairs were grubby and in need of a good clean and paint. This was very much the same for the rear of the property, which was unweeded, in disrepair on the walls and steps and appeared very unsightly in some areas which was very disappointing when compared to the original listed photos. Both the quilt cover and fitted sheet on the main bed were not clean and had various stains and marks on. Both of the side lamps covers in the main bedroom were also grubby and had many little stains on them, with being a light colour was quite obvious to see.

We loved everything! Location was just amazing; so lovely to be a short stroll to the lovely town centre and the beaches. Parking was fantastic- literally across the road with an allocated spot. Outdoor space was just perfect, lovely area to sit out and completely secure for the dog. Inside was beautiful, really lovely decorated. Great to have bits & bibs like sugar, pepper, washing up liquid & cookie, crisps and wine treats! Really random- but soo nice to have an empty kitchen cupboard to pop your own supplies in without having to rearrange crockery to make a space, don’t think we’ve had that before anywhere & very much appreciated just being able to unload!

This is me being really picky… but you asked! We struggled with being too hot with the very thick duvet, but appreciate we stayed in March and had unusually warm weather, so it may have been the ‘winter’ duvet and they provide a thinner one in the summer

Fantastic location and parking included. Lovely welcome pack, much appreciated. Easy check in. Good decor styling.

Duvets on the single beds were extremely thin so it was chilly. There were blankets in the wardrobe but they could do with a freshen up.

I love Tenby and this was a great accommodation a very short walk from everything.

Location and free parking. Clean and tidy with everything thing u could need while on a short or long break. Garden was an added bonus.
