Beautiful stay close to the heart of Tenby and the beach

The property was beautifully clean and well presented. It was a very nice house that was comfortable and very well positioned for everything in Tenby. The hot tub was a real plus.

Challenging

Location good , the house itself was exceptional With great protentional.

The correspondence was very poor , 4 days to get a response to a message and the telephone number was non existent! The cleaning was very poor , dirty smelly nappies left in the bedroom bin, didn’t discover this until 3 days into the holiday.Hot tube too broken and very difficult to get off.Parking information was a joke, the only reason we booked this property was because it advertised parking.1month before we were asked if we wanted parking , we replied yes please, we didn’t here anything again so 5 days before I messaged them to say are we ok with the parking only to be told your too late they have to apply to the council 1 week before, but they didn’t tell us this. We had to park in the multistory car park half a mile away , when there was space outside the property , but no residents pass.All in all lovely property, but really mismanaged,Good of had a much better holiday experience if it was managed better.

Beautiful house

We loved everything about this house. Excellent location, v well equipped comfortable spacious house. Perfect for a family. The owners ordered us bed rails for our toddlers, the house had travel cots, stair gates, toys, children's books, board games, beautiful kitchen with a welcoming bottle of wine and bottle of Welsh beer, complimentary tea and coffee, even some beautiful british eggs for our breakfast, a really lovely touch. Julie was really nice and v happy to help with any query during our stay, she even facilitated us staying an extra night as we just loved the house and town so much. We will definitely return. Thanks so much again 😊

Perfect in every way!

The property is in a fantastic location just metres away from south beach, 5 min walk to the super market and town centre. The house is beautifully finished and hugely spacious. The hot tub is an added bonus and the large kitchen and living areas are perfect for families

Tenby we will be back

We had a lovely stay here the proximity to the beach was wonderful. The accommodation was very well presented and very comfortable. The hosts left us a bottle of wine and a bottle of beer as a welcome. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the hot tub the only down side was that the previous occupants had lost the control for the television

Relaxing and comfortable stay in a beautiful home.

The house was beautifully decorated. Christmas decorations had been put up too and that was a lovely touch. Even though it was cold and windy the house was kept lovely and warm.

There was nothing to dislike. We were very happy

House was brilliant. Lovely, very warm and clean

WiFi not working. Brochure for heating misleading mentioned a thermostat which was not present, so control of heating was by judgement on boiler.
