"Very good for large family. Games room not up to much! Didn't like the smell of oil, drifting into the kitchen. Otherwise very comfy and well placed for visiting many areas."

Shocking , the only thing positive was the space for the children to run around , wasn’t frightened of the children doing any damage because everything was already damaged or broken , would not recommend

A lovely weeks holiday in West Wales celebrating our son's 40th; 5 adults and 4 children and one dog. Accommodation very good, spacious, clean and well appointed, enjoyed the modern gas BBQ. Secure, large gardens meant no worries for our energetic Border Collie. Great location for beaches in close proximity. Would strongly recommend.

Just a couple of points. 1. A few more bath size towels would have been appreciated as we had 10 in our party. 2. There are exposed pipes on the ground floor by the stairs running down to the double bedded room. These were at ‘grab ‘ height for a toddler walking up the stairs and had to be covered whilst we were staying as they became hot when the radiator in the hallway came on. It didn’t appear possible to turn the heat off. 3. The beds were very soft, except the bunk bed which was much better.

Spent a lovely week with family at Ford Farmhouse. The house is huge, with plenty of room indoors and out. The decor is a little dated but everywhere was wonderfully clean. With 4 young children and a dog, we would have felt uncomfortable in anywhere more plush so it suited us perfectly. Games room was disappointing, with only a mini table tennis table, broken darts and squashed plastic skittles. The owner did provide new table tennis set and this worked brilliantly on the dining table in between meals. Downstairs shower room didn't look appealing, but offered far better water pressure than the upstairs bathroom. Livingroom was spacious with lovely comfy sofas. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

We booked the farmhouse last minute and sadly, due to demand and Covid, we could only get 4 nights, we would have loved to have stayed longer! Some might say it needs updating, but its a traditional farm house, not a villa on the coast - for us, 5 adults, 5 children and 2 dogs, it was perfect. The photos are deceptive, it's larger than it appears and the garden is huge! Also plenty of parking if you were to arrive in multiple vehicles. The kids could run around without fear of upsetting anyone, and they did! The dogs had ample space, although they were quite tired anyhow following our days out. We met the owner and her daughter who were all lovely and very accommodating, they just want their visitors to have a good time - and we did. The two youngest were in tears and didn't want to leave. Easy access to beaches, attractions and supermarkets all just a few minutes drive - a beautiful part of the world. We will definitely be back! We would definitely visit again Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo
