About this apartment rental

This delightful apartment is in a great location- in the old town of Tenby directly above the picturesque harbour, within a minute’s walk of Harbour and Castle beaches and town centre.

Kemendine is a grade two listed building; George Eliot (Mary Ann Evans) wrote her first novel in this very building. The building appears in many of the pictures and postcards of Tenby Harbour.

It is on the Ironman run route and close to Carten end zone, great for participants and spectators alike.

It is extremely convenient for beach based holidays, local attractions and the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path walking. Tenby town has a great choice of shops, restaurants and pubs.

The basement flat is located in the pink town house alongside Florentino's restaurant near the entrance to the harbour.

To access the flat, coming down the stairs you will see a key safe on the wall to the left of the light. We will text or email the code

The apartment is on the lower ground floor with a private entrance, down a short flight of steps. It has gas central heating, a modern well equipped kitchen and bathroom (shower over bath), a small private yard to rear.

Quiet at night, ideal for young families and couples with gas central heating.

It sleeps 4 in two bedrooms, (double bed and large single bunk beds) with an option to use the large double sofa bed to sleep 6.

The property is less than ten minutes’ walk from multi-storey car park (£4 per day) and has an access permit allowing vehicle access the property to off load during Summertime Pedestrianisation of the Old Town.

Dog friendly and a handy park across the road.

Free Wi-Fi, internet, TV's in living room and both bedrooms, DVD players, family games, bath towels and bed linen, hairdryer, dishwasher, electric oven, halogen hob, microwave, washer dryer, iron and board.
