Newell Hill House is a three-bedroom property located in the picturesque seaside town of Tenby. With its private entrance, off-road parking and spacious garden, this welcoming home provides an excellent base for families or groups looking to explore everything this popular coastal town has to offer.
Upon entering the property, you are welcomed into the modern kitchen and dining area, which is well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The space also features a dining table where guests can gather to enjoy meals together.
Just off the kitchen on the ground floor is the family bathroom, which includes a bath with overhead shower, toilet and hand basin.
Continuing through the property you will find the comfortable living room, furnished with cosy sofas where guests can relax and unwind while watching the large smart TV.
Upstairs are the three bedrooms. Two of the rooms feature double beds, while the third is a comfortable twin bedroom, making the property well suited for families or small groups.
To the rear of the property there is a private enclosed garden and decking area, complete with outdoor seating — a great place to relax on warmer days after exploring Tenby’s beaches and harbour.

The property has steep steps down from the parking area at the back of the terrace of houses, it was lovely and cosy inside. It would be useful to have somewhere to hangs coats, and although the property has been dressed to look very lux, the quality of the mattresses was not great. Aside from that, it was fine for us for a few nights stay.
