Excellent location. Was really handy for being able to pop into town or beach and back throughout the day if needed. The little garden was nice and got some sun. Very quiet location, not much traffic or pedestrians. Well equipped kitchen. The household manual was very helpful. We thought the cottage was excellent value for money and would stay again.

The cottage was mostly very clean but it was perhaps ready for a more thorough clean on our stay as there were some cobwebs and dust and some sweet wrappers under the bed.

Great little house in town location close to lots of amenities!

Great location in the town only a short walk from the beaches, town centre, the train station, Sainsbury's & much more. Only downside was no view - not the end of the world at all. Virtually no on street parking, that said the railway station car park was only 2-3 mins walk and had 24 hour parking. We didnt need the car once we got there as it was all walkable. The living areas were really with lovely comfy sofas, a proper dining area and really well equipped kitchen. What was particularly nice was the wall art, making it feel more personal. The outside area is done well with seating & a table for 6 people, a sun trap in the afternoon 😊 Bedrooms & bathroom are small but only for sleeping in and perfectly usable with everything needed - cupboards / wardrobes to be able to put everything away. Bed in main bedroom is a double rather than king. Full size hairdryer provided which was really useful. Communication with the owner was spot on- very thorough & helpful. Bring your own toiletries & these are not provided. Go to the Bay Tree for evening meal - the owner recommended & it was spot on!

What a wonderful place, very clean, homely and well equipped. A really convenient location, a few minutes walk into town, or the train station, and Sainsburys. The communication was also superb.

One of the best cottages we’ve stayed in. Great location. Beautifully decorated.

Beautiful cottage, very well decorated and the little courtyard is lovely. Has everything you need! Right in the centre of town and near the beach. We parked at the train station which was cheap and just a short walk away to the cottage. Tenby is very pretty. Lots of good bars and the beach is clean.

Perfect cottage, perfect weather, perfect location.

The Cottage gave us a home from home feeling. All the little extras were in keeping with the seaside location which were an added bonus. The location was perfect for all amenities.

The signal on the TV was a bit temperamental. The mattress on the double bed was quite firm but that may be my personal preference. The week went too quickly.

Excellent accommodation in a central location - helpful and communicative host

The location is excellent, complete with cheap overnight parking very nearby had we been unable to find free street parking in the vicinity. Nice comfortable living room, well equipped kitchen and everything is close by. Strongly recommended.

Lovely modernised house in convenient & quiet location

Lovely modernised house in great location, with town centre very close but in a quite location. Parking facilities very close - we used the multistorey by Sainsburys for convenience. All mod cons to allow a confortable stay togrther with a quaint outside seating area/ garden. Would defintely recommend.

Extraordinary

The closeness to the centre of Tenby, all aspects of the cottage were brilliant. We were travelling in two cars to the property and arrived a little before 4.00, but on checking with the owner this was not a problem.

As other reviews have said, the toilet flush did not always work.

The stay turned out to be disappointing

The property seemed well-kept and in good location, we didn’t expect that we would regret choosing this property so much.

During my stay my daughter was bitten by bed bugs. We tried to raport the problem to the owner but they doesn’t want to give an email address where we could send proof photos.

Lovely little cottage perfectly located for everything Tenby has to offer.

The property was great, beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The outside space was perfect for dining and the location was ideal. We could not park outside the property, which we knew was likely to be the case, but the car park was a stones throw away so this wasn’t an issue. A great location for everything Tenby has to offer.

If I really had to moan our only complaint was that the kitchen equipment (utensils, crockery, pans and cutlery) could do with an upgrade. And we were told there would be dishwasher tablets supplied, which there wasn’t and this required a trip out to get some. But this did not distract from our stay.

Super location, very cosy cottage with all the necessities for a perfect family stay.

Loved the yarden outside, it’s a little sun-trap. The interior of the property is super, really cosy and nicely decorated. Beds are comfortable too. Very kind welcome pack which was much appreciated.

Lovely property, good location and great hosts

The cottage was nicely decorated, clean and modern with local artwork and quality fittings. The location was excellent, just a short walk to both the town and beach. There was a good selection of DVD's and video games. The small courtyard was a nice bonus. Very comfy sofas. The owners were lovely, very helpful and responsive.

Not much really - We struggled to flush the toilet, but did manage after several attempts each time. It would have been nice to have use of the parking permit so we could have parked on the street outside. Some places we have stayed will leave the permit for guests use. We'd have liked a little more cutlery, having exactly 5 forks, knives, spoons, plates supplied for 5 guests meant we had to wash up mid meal.

Only negative was we couldn’t get the play station to work. Contacted owners who were so helpful trying to get it fixed but it couldn’t be done in the short time we were there. I appreciate them trying.

Great location. Parking short distance away. Lovely, homely & quirky - felt like home from home. Comfortable & perfectly sized for our needs. Really nice touches like the milk in the fridge, welcome Welsh cakes, loo rolls, tea bags etc.

Unable to open the back gate to put the rubbish out (not really a dislike but was unable to clear up correctly after myself as I would have liked)
