Hobbes Cottage, pets allowed

The cottage was well appointed, clean, comfortable and quiet. The property has a nice front garden area but more space and quiet, private rear garden patio with a split stable door. Most facilities worked for what we needed. Location of property was convenient, less than 5 mins to the town centre and sea front.

We experienced issues with the front room tv. Simply did not respond, only saying initiating. It seemed some cables were unplugged! Called property contact who responded and took time to visit. It required a second visit. TV probably on last legs, but they got it working after some time. However we were left extensive instructions on how to work it should it fail. Not that we were watching tv all day it was not as expected renting at price we did to have to experience the inconvenience and no offer of reduction/refund. Instead told hope other tv worked and accept it. Also instructions for stay were to park in station car park, which is actually for rail users only, yet there were resident only park bays and non resident parking areas available on the street, but we were not given that option and spent extra on car park fees. Just think options could have allowed for street parking.

The property is in a veey good location. Close to supermarket and the town of Tenby which is full of wonderful bars and restaurants. It is clean and comfortable and very well furnished.
