About this house rental
The Mönchguter Reethus awaits you in idyllic Alt Reddevitz, in the heart of the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve. Its 205 m² of living space is spread over two levels and offers the perfect vacation home for up to 8 people. In total, this wonderful new vacation home features 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a private sauna.
The spacious and light-filled living and dining area, with a direct view of the nature reserve, is located on the first floor. The living room is equipped with, among other things, a cozy sofa, a sound system, and a smart TV. Especially during the cooler seasons, the fireplace creates a romantic and pleasant atmosphere. The huge south-facing sun terrace with a cozy seating area invites you to relax. The balcony and terrace furniture is available seasonally—typically from May through the end of September.
The kitchenette, harmoniously integrated into the living area, is exceptionally well-equipped with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and various small kitchen items. The freestanding kitchen island with seating perfectly complements the open-concept kitchen-living room atmosphere.
One of the four bedrooms is located on the first floor and is wheelchair-accessible. It features a comfortable double bed that can be separated into two single beds and its own TV. Adjacent to this bedroom is one of the two shower rooms located on the first floor. The second shower room on the first floor is connected to the in-house sauna, where you can relax to your heart’s content.
On the upper floor of the house, you’ll find three more bedrooms of equal size, each with its own TV. All bedrooms feature a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm). This floor also houses another spacious bathroom with a shower, bathtub, toilet, and hair dryer.
Incidentally, the second living area on the upper floor—the “Boddenblick” room—is the perfect spot to relax, whether you’re making plans together, playing a board game, or simply enjoying the magnificent view of the Bodden and the surrounding biosphere reserve.
Two parking spaces are available free of charge. Guests with electric vehicles can conveniently charge them at the on-site charging station (0.40 EUR/kWh), which offers up to 11 kW of charging power and a permanently connected Type 2 charging cable for electric cars.
The Mönchguter Reethus can be booked for 1–8 people. We ask for your understanding—in the interest of our guests with allergies—that we do not allow pets.
During your stay, you’ll have access to free Wi-Fi, as well as a washer/dryer and ironing supplies.
We charge a security deposit of 200 euros for the house.
