An ocean-block home that is just a few steps to the beach! This location makes it the perfect family vacation home - it is close to the beach, boardwalk, and everything on Rehoboth Avenue. The first floor includes a spacious living, kitchen and dining area, as well as three bedrooms off of the kitchen. The second and third floors each have one bedroom. From the deck, guests will be able to enjoy an ocean view, great for watching sunrises. The rear deck on the second floor is a perfect spot for a relaxing morning coffee. There is off-street parking for four cars. This is a non-smoking unit, and pets are not permitted.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $348.50.

First floor- 1 Queen, 2 Singles, 1 Double/single bunk bed, 1QSS

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

The property was very clean and beautifully decorated. We especially loved that it was close to the beach and boardwalk. Our family enjoyed sitting on the second floor balcony in the evenings. Check-in and check-out was very easy too. Highly recommend!
