Villa Erigero is a lovely villa with a private swimming pool, split into two apartments, one on each level, with independent entrances. Located in the Terni area of Umbria, the villa is situated in the countryside close to the Lazio border. Perfect for a relaxing holiday with family or friends, the villa is within walking distance of Penna in Teverina, where you can find shops, bars and restaurants, and within easy driving distance of the main towns in the area, including Viterbo, Todi, Orvieto, Bolsena Lake, as well as Rome, which is just 45 minutes away by train from Orte (10km).
Villa Erigero (300 sqm) develops over two levels and is split in 2 apartments, one on each level, with independent entrances.
APARTMENT 1
On the ground floor, you will find a living/dining room (with sofa bed, air conditioning, fireplace, Wi-Fi, and TV) and a well-equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, gas hob, fridge, and toaster). In the sleeping area, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed), one double/triple bedroom (with double bed and single bed), one twin bedroom (with two single beds), one bathroom (with bath and shower) and one guest bathroom (with toilet).
APARTMENT 2
On the first floor, you will find a living/dining room (with air conditioning, fireplace, Wi-Fi, and TV) and a well-equipped kitchen (with gas hob, oven, fridge, and kettle).
