Deep in the silent woods in the Umbriam countryside, surrounded by flowers and aromatic plants, quince trees and olive trees, the country house is the perfect shelter for whoever is looking for an enchanted atmosphere and at the same time wants to experience the heart of the Italian culture. Located halfway between Rome and the well known touristic sites in Umbria. The country house is an ancient stone mansion furnished with style and elegance, perfectly integrated into the surrounding nature. The main house has 6 double ensuite bedrooms, a lounge, a dining-room, a kitchen, a pantry and an enchanting screened porch with French windows leading into the garden.
The swimming pool, filled with groundwater and surrounded by lavendar, roses and rosmary bushes, is a turqoise jewel and the centre of attraction during the Summer.
The house is also liveable in Winter thanks to the efficient heating system and pellet stoves. The pantry is equiped with a washing machine, dishwasher, a hob, oven and fridge. The main kitchen in the house is fully equipped.
In addition to the main house, there is a little cottage right under a big oak tree. The cottage features a bathroom with shower, WC with bidet and a sink, a small kitchen, one queen-size bed and a wooden mezzanine with 2 windows overlooking the garden and the surrounding woods; the facade has a screened porch with French windows. The garden borders with the woods on 2 sides South and South-West and with vine-yards and olive trees towards North, North-West. The swimming pool is located in the southern part of the garden and is 15 metres long by 5 metres wide.
