Six of us stayed for a week in late May. The house is very comfortable. The seating options were somewhat limited in the living room but we brought in extra chairs from other rooms. The views from poolside are fabulous. Perhaps the best feature of the stay was the property manager, Giuseppe. He is very friendly and quick to respond to questions and provide help and suggestions. He only speaks Italian but we were able to get by with a translation app. And we used WhatsApp for texting which Giuseppe would then translate.

Nice large old house with great grounds and amenities. Very close to Todi. Owner and manager are responsive and easy to communicate with. Great for large families. Out door grill, grounds and pool are amazing.

Beautiful views of Umbria. Large old house with a lovely garden and pool - looked after every day by Guiseppi who was very kind and helpful. Lovely Umbrian hill top towns within a short drive. We even braved Rome on the train from Terni. Hot but fabulous. Assisi is not to be missed and Todi is a lovely small town with gorgeous views.

We enjoyed our stay from day one! The house is excellent for a large group of people. The rooms are spread out in the house so everybody can have their privacy. The outdoor seating area is much better than the pictures. The pool is large and cleaned everyday and with s spectacular view. Large grocery stores within 10 minutes drive. We definately want to come back!!!

The property is full of character and has wonderful views over the valley and towards Pontecuti and Todi. Very friendly owners who speak Italian and very little English but that didn’t matter! A true rustic experience and very peaceful.

Very pleasant stay. We were 3 families with kids and it has been hard to force ourselves to go out and do sightseeing around Umbria, given the nice time we had in the house and it's wonderful garden. The house was fully equipped and the hobby room extremely practical during our rainy day. The person that received us at our arrival was extremely kind and helpful with his advices and availability. I highly recommend this place.

Family of 16 stayed at this Villa for 6 days. It fit the family perfect. Pictures on website did not do justice. When all of us pulled up to the Villa our jaws dropped. Million dollar views and all the amenities in the villa were so useful. Area was quite and if you are into wine go check out the wineries near by. The town of Todi was close by and was cool to visit. Local markets nearby that had everything you could possibly need. Also the pool came in handy for the teenagers. Thanks Giovanni and Giuseppe!!!

We rented this house for 4 nights in october 2019 and we really enjoyed it. The landlord had an on-site assistant who together with his wife offered great assistance on house issues, restaurant bookings and in-house cooking. Everything went great! The house is in a great location with a short drive to Todi, supermarkets and a short walk to a nearby italian cafe. Good to know in advance, is that the house is not equipped with any groceries, that bathrooms are romantic but not recently renovated and that equipment in general are not top modern but functional. We had a great time and do absolutely recommend this house as a price-worthy alternative in Todi!

Casal Pontecuti is a beautiful old house with a fantastic view oft the umbrian hills and landscape. We have been there for four times and count the days for our next visit wait for the next visit! The house has three appartments of different sizes. The appartement „La terrazza“ (the biggest one) is very spacious with a huge fireplace in the livingroom, a table big enough to seat 0-12 people in the kitchen and two big bedrooms, one of those even with an extra bathroom. Mariella and Giuseppe (very friendly), keep the house and garden in excellent shape and when you have forgotten coffee, sugar or anyhing else, they are immediately there to help you and put things right. In the garden there is also a big fireside for barbeque or just to sit besides with good glass of wine in the evening. During day one relaxes at the poolside enjoying the beautiful view and taking a regular cooling splash in the water. Sunbeds and parasols are abundantly available. For the ones that that like to do some sports they can take a jog or play tabletennis or tablesoccer. Last but not least: for a coffee in between or the aperitivo before to dinner the nearest bar is in Pontecuti approx. 10 min walk. Conclusion: Go there, feel good and enjoy every moment!
