The olive groves, vineyards and hazelnut trees that surround this spacious vacation home guarantee absolute privacy and tranquility. The vacation home, 2 km from the medieval village of Vitorchiano, is located in a dominant position above a green valley and offers its residents various places for their rest and relaxation in the spacious garden and the large pool. On the roof terrace, which can be closed with large windows and is equipped with barbecue, you can enjoy your meals while admiring the beautiful landscape of Tuscia Romana. The size of the cottage makes it suitable for large families and groups of friends. The last kilometer of the access road is a gravel road, unsuitable for sports cars or buses. Thanks to its convenient location, you can easily explore both Umbria and Lazio regions. Excursion destinations: Viterbo 7 km, Tuscania 25 km, Orvieto 40 km, Rome 80 km. Within 25 km the beautiful lakes Vico, Bracciano and Bolsena await you.
