This is a cozy, well-furnished bungalow (approx. 70 m² of living space) located right next to the spa park.
With its prime location on a dead-end street and easy access to all shopping and recreational amenities (Ocean Wave, spa administration office, children’s playhouse, playgrounds, bike rentals, etc.), as well as a bakery and restaurants, it offers the ideal starting point for a quiet and relaxing vacation.
It’s just a few minutes’ walk through the spa park to the dike and sandy beach (approx. 450 m).
The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, stove with oven and glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and blender, makes household chores a breeze.
After an eventful day at the beach, you can relax in the cozy living room with its large sofa area (flat-screen TV and DVD player) or on the sunny, wind-protected terrace with an awning. Free Wi-Fi is also available. From the living room, you can access the spacious, enclosed garden via the terrace.
The master bedroom is furnished with a large double bed, a wardrobe, and nightstands. The children’s room features a loft bed, a play table, and a wardrobe. In the third bedroom, you’ll find another single bed, along with a nightstand and a wardrobe. All rooms can be darkened with exterior blinds.
The large, bright bathroom features a walk-in shower. A washing machine is also available here free of charge.
Parking is available for two cars.
