About this apartment rental
Come stay at this seaside upstairs apartment, “Strandkoje,” right in Norddeich. The apartment is designed to accommodate 4 people and a baby, and is located just about 400 meters from the beach. A bakery, restaurants, an ice cream shop, and small souvenir shops are practically right around the corner.
The Ocean-Wave water park—featuring an adjacent seal breeding station, wave pool, children’s playhouse, and mini-golf course—is also just a few minutes’ walk away.
On the upper floor, you’ll find a bright open-concept kitchen and living area with a well-equipped built-in kitchen and a cozy living area featuring a sofa, armchairs, and a comfortable reading nook. Floor-to-ceiling windows lead directly onto the balcony, which is furnished with outdoor furniture. On the same level is the bathroom with natural light and a shower, as well as a storage room with a washing machine.
Adjacent to this is the bedroom with a double bed.
A space-saving staircase in the living area leads to the second, light-filled bedroom with two single beds. A large East Frisian sofa is also located here, offering an optimal view of the TV. During the colder months, the floor heating provides cozy warmth.
Outside, you’ll find a private parking space and an outdoor storage room.
A travel crib and high chair are also available for use.

Es hat uns alles gefallen, nur die Treppen sind sehr steil... also kräftige Leute mitnehmen zum Koffern schleppen. 😁

Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und wohnlich eingerichtet. Die blau/weißen Stilelemente wirken frisch und einladend. Ausgestattet ist sie mit allem, was man braucht. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich, Antworten kamen zeitnah.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Eine perfekt ausgestattete Wohnung, keine Wünsche blieben hier offen. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, ganz tolle Ferien. Wir haben die Zeit genossen und können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Schnell am Meer, günstig für Ausflüge. Wir würden wieder kommen!
