Welcome to the “Ferienwohnung Schüngel.”
This cozy vacation rental is located just about 500 m from the Norddeich beach and is situated in a low-traffic residential area. The upstairs apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with natural light and a shower, and an open-concept kitchen-living room with a couch, an armchair, and a separate dining table with chairs. The south/west-facing balcony is furnished with seating and an umbrella. You can even catch a glimpse of the dike between the houses.
On the upper floor of the apartment is the second bedroom with two single beds and a crib.
Outside, a parking space or a parking permit is available for your use.
The adjacent communal garage is welcome to be used as a storage area for bicycles.
Since the apartment is in a prime location, restaurants, ice cream shops, and bakeries are just a few minutes’ walk away.

Sowohl der Check-In, als auch der Check-Out Vorgang liefen reibungslos.
Das Appartment ist in einer ruhigen Straße gelegen und befindet sich in fußläufiger Strandnähe. Aufgrund einer Baustelle war der Strand zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts (Juni 2021) nicht nutzbar. Hier hätten wir uns im Vorfeld eine Information gewünscht.
Die Sauberkeit war leider nicht einwandfrei, bei unserer Ankunft mussten wir die Küche und das Bad nochmals selbst reinigen. Im Badezimmerschrank fanden wir eine Zahnbürste eines Vormieters. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
