- clean, neat and tidy!
- comfortable bed and room
- welcomed by nice spell after the entrance
- staff communication that could do better job in informing to text in advance to receive code since this is self check in
- no fridge (not even in the common area)
- water dispenser was empty after awhile but it wasn't changed or no instructions for us to self serve
-location is subjective topic as it depends where you want to go. I would say this is a middle town to Kuala sepetang and to Taiping town. You will need +- 15mins to go town area

although located quite distant from the city (6 minutes only), the spacious free parking lot is all I need.
