    The room was clean and comfortable, facing the lake. The walls are not very soundproof, so expect to hear your neighbours. Other than that, everything else is superb

    All good. only thing is the noise at night from the parking area at the lake. Loud noise started from midnite and gets worst around 2 am as the youngsters would ram their motorbike engine for the illegal race in the wee hour. Everynow and then, the sound of cars doing the illegal car race can also be heard. This goes on till around 5 am. I was told this only happen on weekend (I experienced it on both nites Fri & Sat). The hotel window is not sound proof. So, if you are looking for a place on the weekend and wanna have a good nite sleep, this is not the right place for you. But if you are a late nite owl, this is a fun place to be as the lake is just right at the hotel door steps where you can join the early bird for their morning exercise.

    Overall stay is pleasant. Mid Night time got motorbike gathering, a bit noisy on Saturday night. While parking, need to remove parking cone that is reserved for customers. The location is just next to Taiping lake garden. Good experience
