    booked this hotel for my first UTMB event. staff were so welcoming when reached. refundable deposit RM100 is needed. didnt manage to try the facilites. room is super clean and big will return to this hotel next year

    Very clean and comfortable hotel, helpful staff as well. Location wise was ok, less than 1KM where my running venue at Kota warisan was held.

    Well soundproof is definitely not good. I’m not expecting best soundproof but at least the mirrors should have better sound absorption. Since my room view are road side, After midnight i can hear motorcycles and car sound until next day. If u want quality sleep hope don’t get road side view. Staff could be improved, Receptionist only 1 person and check in/out could take some time.
