must open the gate bettwin the river for visitor enjoy it and some guy need to fishing on that rever ...but can't..because of gate can' t open.

Mohon sinki dibaikpulih, agak sedikit tersumbat. Heater sepatutnya perlu ada berserta cawan/mug. tambahbaik kebersihan tandas. yang lain okay

Stayed here during Hari Raya. Unfortunately, the experience was not very pleasant.
We waited almost an hour to check in as there was no one at the reception counter. The sliding door in our room could not be locked, which was a safety concern. We had to buy cable ties ourselves to secure it for the night.
There was also an ironing area provided, but it was not a proper ironing room. An iron was available, but there was no ironing board, only a small clothes rack, which made ironing clothes quite inconvenient.
The room itself was acceptable, but the lack of attention to basic safety and essential facilities made the stay less enjoyable. I hope the management will address these issues to improve future guests' experience.
