The easy of getting in and the property presentation itself
It was difficult to find the property. The driver dropped us off at a different location at night and then we had to walk! This wasn't pleasant at all. The kitchen was very small and there was no iron supplied. If accomodating for multiple people and providing a washing machines, how can the accomodation not provide an iron!

Great location, clean and modern design house, two separated room which is great for the family with kids. Very convenient parking lot just next to the door entry. Dining and breakout area with sliding door opened to the private Japanese style garden, you can easily enjoy your breakfast and night time breeze. Two toilets and two shower rooms to suit your multiple needs. Large tatami bedroom with up to 6 beds available, large enough to accommodate two families.

Very clean and modern. Ample towels to use. The place is very spacious and bright.
Will be nice to have washing machine and dryer not just washing machine and have to hang clothes outside. Not enough time to dry (if it is winter time or colder weather).
Also will be great to have hooks in the bathrooms.

Calm and quiet, new build, helpful and responsive, albeit remote, host.
Few amenities such as no coffee, tea, milk or sugar, limited toiletries, rather strict and detailed rules, and freezing on arrival. No proper space to relax as no comfortable couch area.
