I liked location and the view from the hotel:)
Price and some of the facility's location. It took us a quite long time to get other hot spring. We also needed to leave outside to go to the other building. Also, on the 2nd floor, l smelled cigarette whole time. Adding to that, I wish hot spring was bit better condition and more enjoyable. l didn't enjoy the design of it, and it's very outdated.

Clean room great staff
It’s up in the hill, so transportation was not convenient. We have to call Car Service to get in and out of the location.

Location was amazing, but the hotel is a little hard to find at first if you’re walking up to it as we did.
Room was stunning with a great view and was spacious, quiet and comfortable.
Exceptional value for money and would recommend.
Friendly staff and private onsen available to book for those with tattoos.
We liked everything!
Would definitely stay again.

The thermal area and massage zone.
We found hair on the bathroom ad well as inside the pillow cover. Addiotionally, the bed cover had stains on it. Stains that you could see at first sight. I would recommend to pay attention to this because it's crucial from a customer perspective.
Lastly, I had read a few comments saying breakfast was very good and to be frank it seemed pretty normal to us.
