We had an absolutely exceptional time! Waking up to the view of Alimos Marina and the sea was a highlight of our trip once again. The location is perfect, very walkable to shops and supermarkets, and close to the tram and bus for exploring. The apartment felt like a home away from home, fully equipped and very comfortable for a small family. This was our second stay here, and it certainly won't be our last! It’s hard to find a place that ticks every box like this one does.
Just as a small side note for future travelers: The building’s elevator is a bit small and dated, which is common for the area, and because the location is so central and accessible, you can expect some typical street noise. To us, these were very minor trade-offs for such a fantastic location and a great stay. It’s hard to find a place that ticks every box like this one does!

Excellent location, across the Alimos Marina, with a wonderful view. Nice and generous welcome package (wine, water, juice and sodas). A large balcony, perfect for a great stay outside for breakfast or dinner. A little windy at the end of November. Very well equipped kitchen with all you can need. Spacious livingroom with huge amazing glass doors makes this apartment absolutely great. Light comes in in the morning and the view of the sea assures a great start of the day. Clean and modern bathrooms with lots of towels, comfortable beds. Good WiFi and smart TV in each room. A few steps from bus and tram stations and from coffee shops, pastry and grocery stores.

The location was perfect for us, 5 min walk to the beach and lots of lovely restaurants/coffee shops within walking distance of the apartment.
