About this apartment rental
This apartment was partially renovated in April 2025 and now features a brand-new kitchen, new sofas, a high-comfort bed, and refreshed decor throughout the space.
In just 100 meters you can be on the beach for a swim or for a coffee/drink on a famous beach bar. Everything you need is a minute away, bakery, market, bus and tram.
The bedrooms are really spacious equipped with Sealy mattress for a nice and restful sleep.
On the living room you will find a relax sofa with a flat TV, a home cinema and a dining table, next to the fully equipped kitchen with everything you need (Nespresso/oven/microwave/dishwasher). You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay.
The whole apartment is fully air conditioned while there is also a boiler to provide you with hot water for 24/7, also there is a smart TV LCD in every single bedroom.
Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality brand. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.
Entire property has free Wi-Fi!
Alimos is the closest Metro station and the bus station is 50 meters away.
Smoking is only allowed on the balcony

Great space, comfortable, as pictured in the listing. Walking distance to beach, tram grocery store and a bakery. We were five. The host Is extremely responsive and very helpful. The bathrooms are a little dated but that didn’t bother us.
