Significantly larger than typical size apartments and hotels in Athens so ideal for those looking for alot of space.

Just perfect:)

Amazing, especially the big terrace with beach view. Also, the neighborhood is great with many restaurants, cafes, etc. that are open very late at night. Further, the communication with Alex and Marina was flawless. We could even do a late check out on our last day. Again, thank you Alex for everything 😊😊

Great penthouse at fantastic location on Athenian beach

Great, spacious apartment with an amazing roof terrace on an excellent location. Close to the beautiful beaches of Kalamaki (paid access though) and great restaurants and shops in the neighborhood, as nicely suggested by the super friendly host. Smooth check in/out with clear instructions.

Parking is a bit difficult on the full streets of Athens, may take some time to find a spot close by.

Nice place with perfect view to stay by the sea in Athens

Very helpful host, perfect location, huge terrace. Very nice place for everyone who wants to stay by the sea but close to centre of Athens. Penthouse is located very close to the main road so you have to expect cars to be heard. But if you want to be by the sea and see it from the window, have to accept it. I like it much there and hopefuly comming back again.

Good choice.

The apartment is really nice with huge terrace. Right under and across street is little bakery (good for morning coffee and some snacks), near are also groceries and some restaurants. To the old town it is with taxi approx 20min.

Beach is too busy in the summer time, so we prefer to go to the near islands. Neighbors are bit strange :) (smelly furniture in front of their door...) anyway, we did not see them during our stay.

Superb apartment with huge and very nice terrace, having sea view.

Amazing and huge terrace. Very comfortable bed.

Bathroom has very low ceiling, which for person above 1,90m could be an issue :) and don't forget to switch on heater, if you want to have a hot water. Located close to very big and busy street. I could not sleep with open windows due to the noise, but you can see the sea from the terrace.

A comfortable and well designed apartment with an exceptional view! The terrace is actually bigger than it seems in the photos and you can enjoy the view from the bedroom! The location is great too, the beach is across the street but you can also easily access the historic center with the public transport. I would definitely stay there again in the future!

schöne Unterkunft, leider mit einigen Abstrichen

äußerst freundliches, hilfsbereites Team (Marina und Olga von Urban Stripes), das bei der Buchung und allem drumherum schnell und freundlich weiterhilft. gute Lage, schön eingerichtetes Apartment

öffentliche Bereiche des Hauses schmutzig bzw. renovierungsbedürftig. Das Apartment ist aG der Lage an einer vielbefahrenen Straße sehr laut. Leider entspricht das Badezimmer nicht dem restlichen Standard der Wohnung. Die gesamte Ausstattung (ausgenommen der Armaturen) ist bereits in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig. Sehr klein und niedrig, keine Ablagemöglichkeiten, Warmwasser musste am Gang händisch aufgedreht werden. Der Abfluss in der Dusche funktionierte nicht gut, so dass sich das Duschwasser in der Dusche immer rückstaute. Das dritte Bett war sehr klein und schmal und im Wohnzimmer aufgestellt. Der Kühlschrank war in der Nacht sehr laut, schlafen war daher sehr schwierig...wenn ein Sessel gegen die Kühlscrhranktür gestellt wurde, war das Geräusch weg... vermutlich Probleme mit der Dichtung?
