This spacious apartment of over 120 sq.m. enjoys an excellent location in Alimos, one of the most convenient and sought-after areas of the Athenian Riviera. Fully refreshed and renovated in June 2026, the property has been upgraded with brand new furniture, fresh paintwork, modern decoration and carefully selected materials, creating a stylish, bright and welcoming environment for every guest.
One of the greatest advantages of this home is its unique location. The beach is only 400 meters away and can be reached within a few minutes on foot, while Athens city center, the Acropolis and Syntagma Square are easily accessible in less than 15 minutes by public transport or taxi.
The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and offers two spacious bedrooms along with a large double sofa bed in the living room. The generous layout, natural light and modern furnishings make it ideal for families, couples, business travelers or groups of friends.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cookware, dishes and cutlery. Complimentary coffee is provided for your stay, allowing you to start each morning in comfort.
The living room is bright and inviting, offering plenty of space to relax after a day exploring Athens or enjoying the nearby beaches. The apartment also features air conditioning, heating, a washing machine and 24-hour hot water through a boiler system, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout the year.
The balconies provide the perfect setting to enjoy your morning coffee, read a book or unwind during the warm Greek evenings.
Of course, all beds are prepared with freshly ironed, high-quality linens, while clean towels are provided for every guest upon arrival.

The location offers everything you may need within walking distance. Supermarkets, bakeries, traditional tavernas, restaurants, cafés and local shops can all be found within a few hundred meters from the apartment.
Public transportation is excellent. Bus stops are located only 300 meters away and provide direct connections to Athens city center, the Acropolis, Syntagma Square, Piraeus Port and Athens International Airport. The property is nice, but needs TLC. Clean white beddings and comfortable beds. The couch is soiled and partly covered with an unclean throw. The cleaning team needs improvement, Management was helpful, check-in unprofessional and Mr. John very polite!!!! During my three week stay, cleaning team changed sheets, provided more towels and made a better effort.
The "Greek Riviera" with tall apartment buildings, roofs packed with solar water heaters, jungle of traffic and narrow noisy streets is a mile away. Don't expect South of France!! I grew up in Alimos when it was a lovely coastal suburb with single family homes. The neighborhood was quiet until a huge construction started next door. I did not cook or used the washing machine but facilities are sufficient. Public transportation is available but taxi recommended. The rental works well for an economical family vacation.

Fairly easy walk down to the main area with plenty of great places to eat. Only point to note for those less able bodied, it is uphill and the last part is quite steep. There are regular buses but we never found out where to get the one back up.

It is on a hill, so important to note for the less able bodied as the last part is quite steep.
