It looked clean when I entered but then I grabbed the pillow and it was full of hair but the towels for example were very clean so I understand that it happens ..

Great location, right near Namba station and Kuromon Market, as well as Dotonbori street and the most relevant parts of the city center. The price is very good, you get to self check in and self check out. The laundry machine is included in the apartment and it's free to use, also there is free luggage storage possibility both before and after the stay (although it's in an unlocked common room). There were many amenities but not everything you could expect, for instance there wasn't any laundry detergent, there was the kettle for boiling water but no tea or coffee.

The cleanliness of the room and the bathroom was not the finest, the apartment is very small and the room is very tiny, so basically you can't almost open two luggages at the same time (although there is a closet which is useful to gain space). The apartment is equipped with a kitchen top but there is no place to eat (not a table or chair), so you kind of have to eat in your bed if you plan to cook (we personally never used the kitchen but there are pots and pans if needed).

立地はとても良かったです！ 黒門市場、でんでんタウン、道頓堀等の観光にも便利で駅も近いので旅行しやすかったです。 夜も静かです。ベッドは柔らかめでした。

部屋の中はほぼベッドなので家族3人だと少々狭く感じました。ユニットバスも狭かったです。 フライパンや食器もありましたが、汚くは無いですが使う気にはなれない感じでした。
